Hiring Part-Time Office Assistant
Seeking an Office Assistant with at least 2 years of experience to work in our Richmond office assisting us with: Invoicing, Client Calls, Appointment Reminders, Social Media, Marketing Research, and Art Inventory Assistance.
Looking for someone who can:
-
Manage invoices and payment collection for clients;

Work with corporate client using their financial software on occasion;
-
Produce monthly financial reports;
-
Send out daily appointment confirmations and reminders in Mailchimp;
-
Assist with communications strategy such as social media and email campaigns; (Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, etc.);

Create graphics using Canva and other graphic apps or software;
-
Photograph at job sites when needed;
-
Assist with art inventory in our art storage facility;
-
Assist with brochure distribution and other marketing tasks;

Help with light filing and organization in the office.
